How long does personalization take?

Most custom orders are processed and engraved within 3 to 5 business days. During peak wedding seasons, please allow up to 7 business days for production before your items ship.

What is your return policy on personalized items?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on personalized items unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.

Can I see a proof of my engraving before it is made?

To ensure the fastest possible turnaround time, we do not provide digital proofs. However, our expert design team carefully reviews every order to ensure alignment and legibility.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large wedding parties?

Yes, we offer tiered pricing on many of our most popular items. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout when purchasing qualifying quantities.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer Standard, Expedited, and Next-Day shipping options. Please note that shipping time is in addition to the standard production time for personalized goods.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your items are damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will rush a replacement to you at no cost.
